4 Injured After Van Strikes Bear On Route 80: Njsp Four people were hospitalized after a van struck a bear on Route 80 in Morris County, Monday, Oct. 20, authorities said. At 8:52 p.m., a Ford van carrying 12 people struck the bear on Route 80 East in Roxbury Township, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesperson for the New Jersey State police said. Suspected Robber At Large, Somers Point Police Say A 35-year-old Somers Point man is at large after committing robbery and domestic abuse, authorities said Tuesday, Oct. 21. David Griggs is 5'6" and weighs 140 lbs., Somers Point police said. He was last seen operating a white 2012 Dodge Ram pickup truck with New Jersey license plate T97UGJ.
