Vineland Cop Unlawfully Accessed Computer Records: Prosecutor A 34-year-old Vineland police officer was arrested and charged with unlawfully accessing computer records on Tuesday, Aug. 18, authorities said. Between March 2025 and February 2026, Timothy Ball, without authorization utilized an in-house computer system at the Vineland Police Department and the Criminal Justice Information System to research information related to three people, Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae said. Bell was charged with four counts of Computer Criminal Activity, police said. He is due back in court in September.
