Two Injured In Route 202 Crash After Mercedes Catches Fire In Readington Twp: Police Two people were injured in a crash on Route 202 Tuesday evening, Aug. 4, authorities said. At 6:16 p.m., first responders responded to Route 202 near Summer Road and found a Mercedes Benz C240 on fire, Readington Township Police said. A Volvo XC90 was also involved in the crash, police said. Officers began extinguishing the fire until members of the Three Bridges Fire Department arrived and extinguished the remaining flames, police said. Both drivers were hospitalized with minor injuries, police said.
