On Saturday, May 9, at 4:21 a.m., officers pulled over a vehicle that was traveling the wrong way, Newark, Delaware police said. Sean Boswell was determined to be drunk and had a loaded 9 mm handgun concealed in the driver's door pocket of the vehicle, police said. Boswell did not possess a valid concealed carry permit and was charged with DUI, carrying a concealed deadly weapon and possession of a firearm while under the influence, police said.
