Driving Too Slow On Route 46 Gets Intoxicated Man Busted: Denville PD A 61-year-old Dover man was recently arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated in Denville, authorities announced. At 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 19, officers stopped a vehicle on Route 46 East for traveling well below the posted speed limit, Denville police said. The driver, Florentin Flores-Zapata displayed signs of impairment and was arrested following field sobriety tests, police said. Flores-Zapata was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs, careless driving, delaying traffic, reckless driving and having an open container of alcohol, police said.
