At 4:24 p.m., police responded to Times Square after Pamela Cisneros, a 49-year-old Queens woman, had stabbed Erin Piacenti, a Chester resident, and a 68-year-old man, the New York City Police Department said. On Friday, July 24, officers responded to a residence in Manahawkin after Christopher Cook kicked a dog, and the dog died soon after, Stafford police said.
