Atlantic City Woman Wrote Bad Checks: Prosecutor A 59-year-old Atlantic City woman was charged with writing bad checks in Ocean County, authorities announced Tuesday, July 28. Shiela Harvey opened an account at OceanFirst Bank and deposited four bad checks, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said. She deposited the checks from a nonexistent JP Morgan bank account, Billhimer said. Harvey then withdrew $4,500 from the account on two separate occasions, despite not being lawfully entitled to those funds, Billhimer said.
