Firefighters arrived on scene to find the blaze on Heilig Road, the Mantua Township Fire Department said. Sleeping Driver Busted For DUI: Denville PD A 41-year-old Rockaway man was arrested and charged with driving under the influence in Denville, authorities announced Sunday, Feb. 2. At 9:42 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 28 officers responded to Pocono Road and found a driver, later identified as Jesus Ruizhernandez, sleeping behind the steering wheel in a lane of travel, Denville police said. Officers determined Ruizhernandez was intoxicated and he was placed under arrested, police said. Ruizhernandez was charged with driving under the influence, careless driving and reckless driving, police said.
