DWI Driver Charged In Deadly Crash Outside Washington Twp High School, Cops Say A 49-year-old South Jersey woman was charged with vehicular homicide after driving drunk in a crash that killed one person and injured another outside of a local high school last November, authorities announced Friday, Jan. 30. EHT Man Possessed Child Porn: Prosecutor A 44-year-old Egg Harbor Township man was arrested and charged with possessing child pornography, authorities announced Friday, Jan. 30. An investigation into Frederick Ruddick Jr. was launched following a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that he had uploaded various images of child sexual abuse material, Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey Sutherland said. A search warrant was executed on Ruddick's person and motor vehicle which led to him being charged with endangering the welfare of a child, possession of child sexual abuse material, Sutherland said.
