Woman Fabricated Child Abuse Allegations: Clinton Twp PD A 44-year-old Clinton Township woman was arrested and charged with filing a false police report alleging child abuse, authorities announced Monday, Feb. 2. On Sunday, Jan. 4, officers responded to an anonymous allegation of child abuse by residents at a local motel, Clinton Township police said. Jersey City Teen To Be Charged As Adult For Murder: Prosecutor An 18-year-old Jersey City resident will be tried as an adult for a murder committed when he was 17, authorities announced Monday, Feb. 2. Naheim King is charged with murder and multiple weapons offenses in the death of Rahmiere Morris, a 20-year old Jersey City resident, Hudson County Prosecutor Wayne Mello said. On Friday, Jan. 3, 2025, Jersey City police responded to Lembeck Avenue and Old Bergen Road and found Morris with a gunshot wound to the torso, Mello said. He was transported to Jersey City Medical Center where he was pronounced dead, Mello said.
