Three men captured on video committing a brazen daylight killing on Long Island have been sentenced to multiple decades in prison, authorities announced Monday, March 30.
Gustavo Hernandez, 40, and his nephews, Walter Ramirez Jeronimo, 21, and Wilson Ramirez Jeronimo, 19, were each sentenced to 25 years behind bars, the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office said.
Hernandez and the Ramirez Jeronimo brothers had pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter in the death of 48-year-old Juan Carlos Diaz Jeronimo, who is unrelated to the group, according to prosecutors.
