The crash happened at approximately 11:09 a.m. on Route 202 at the intersection of Milltown Road, according to Bridgewater Police Sgt. Kevin Florczak. A preliminary investigation found a 2004 Honda Civic was traveling southbound in the left lane when it veered left, crossed the grass median, and entered the northbound lanes, Florczak said. The Honda then collided head-on with a 2017 Chevrolet van traveling northbound in the left lane.
