Rodriguez Torres, of Lebanon, was riding a 2016 Suzuki DR-Z400SM south on Route 72 near Moonshine Road in Union Township around 2:17 p.m. when he entered the northbound lane while approaching a curve, according to PSP Jonestown's crash report.
