New Canaan's Fitzpatrick Competes In National Gymnastics Meet NEW CANAAN, Conn. – For the past 16 years, Arena Gymnastics in Stamford has been a second home for New Canaan’s Caroline Fitzpatrick. This week, Fitzpatrick will represent Arena for the final time when she competes in the Junior Olympic Championships in Minneapolis. Greenwich's Meghan Lynch Tops U.S. Swimming Charts GREENWICH, Conn. – Meghan Lynch of the Greenwich YWCA Dolphins finished the indoor swimming season as the top swimmer in several events in the 9-year-old age group. Lynch, a Greenwich resident, owned the top times in 25-yard pools in the 100 freestyle, 100 breaststroke and 100 individual medley.
