On Wednesday, March 25, officers stopped Jacob Dossantos and recovered crack cocaine along with drug paraphernalia, Lakewood police said. Dossantos was taken into custody and charged with drug-related offenses, police said. He was released on a summons pending a future court appearance, police said.
