At 6:46 p.m., troopers responded to a residence on Bickel Road in Franklin Township and located a 63-year-old man who had fallen off a ladder and sustained moderate injuries, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said. He was airlifted to an area hospital for additional medical evaluation, Lebron said. The incident remains under investigation, Lebron said.
