The incident occurred on Monday, May 4, authorities said. Officers took Nicholas Ratajczak into custody and charged him with eluding and several other multiple vehicle violations, Lakewood police said. A second person was also identified during the course of the investigation and was issued multiple motor vehicle summonses related to the incident, police said.

Ketamine Gets Driver Arrested: Stafford PD A 57-year-old Manahawkin woman was arrested and charged with possessing ketamine, authorities announced. At 2:57 a.m. on Friday, May 8, officers conducted a motor vehicle stop near East Bay Avenue and Parker Street and determined the driver, Kimberly Strahle was in possession of drugs, Stafford Township police said. A search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of ketamine which Strahle did not have a valid prescription for, police said. Strahle was charged with one count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, police said.
