The incident occurred on Monday, May 4, authorities said. Officers took Nicholas Ratajczak into custody and charged him with eluding and several other multiple vehicle violations, Lakewood police said. Ketamine Gets Driver Arrested: Stafford PD A 57-year-old Manahawkin woman was arrested and charged with possessing ketamine, authorities announced. At 2:57 a.m. on Friday, May 8, officers conducted a motor vehicle stop near East Bay Avenue and Parker Street and determined the driver, Kimberly Strahle was in possession of drugs, Stafford Township police said. A search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of ketamine which Strahle did not have a valid prescription for, police said. Strahle was charged with one count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, police said.
