Garfield Man Killed In Deadly Stabbing, Bayonne Man Arrested: Prosecutor A 28-year-old Bayonne man was arrested and charged with fatally stabbing a 41-year-old Garfield man Monday, Nov. 3, authorities said. At 10:20 p.m., Bayonne police responded to 17 Meadow St. an found Richard Arcos with a stab wound, Acting Hudson County Prosecutor Wayne Mello said. Arcos was pronounced dead soon after, Mello said. Andrew Fuentes is charged with aggravated manslaughter and multiple weapons offenses, Mello said. He was taken into custody at the scene and the stabbing is being investigated as a domestic dispute, Mello said.
