Man Arrested For Possessing Suboxone In Stafford: Police A 54-year-old Eagleswood man was arrested and charged with possessing suboxone in Stafford, authorities announced this week. At 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 4, Andrew Albanese was arrested by the Drug Enforcement Unit following an interaction at the Cedar Run Apartments on Route 9 in Manahawkin, Stafford police said. Albanese had three active warrants out for his arrest and while they were searching him, officers recovered a quantity of suboxone, police said. Albanese was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and was transported to the Ocean County Jail, police said.
