Manchester Man Had Child Porn On Tablet: Police A 47-year-old Manchester man was arrested and charged with possessing child porn, authorities announced Thursday, Nov. 11. A forensic examination of Christopher Hasse's computer tablet was conducted by members from the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crimes and revealed files containing child sexual abuse material, Manchester police said. Hasse was charged with possession of child sexual abuse material and taken into custody, police said.

At 10:58 a.m., a vehicle was traveling west on Ocean Road when it struck the lawn mower, Wall Township police said. The vehicle fled west toward Samuel Drive without stopping, police said.
