The lewd acts occurred in the common areas of the Washington Way Apartments, Washington Township police said. The incidents have generally occurred between 3:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m., police said. Vehicle Overturns In Snow Embankment Off Route 31: FD A vehicle overturned in Warren County on Tuesday, Feb 10. The vehicle overturned on Route 31 in the area of Oakwood Lanes in Washington Township, the Washington Township Fire Department said. Firefighters arrived to find the car overturned off the road down an embankment, fire officials said. One patient was assisted from the vehicle by patrol and the other was extricated by firefighters, fire officials said. Both were transported to a nearby hospital for medical evaluation, firefighters said.
