Man Rams Car, Threatens Driver In Westchester, Police Say
A Hudson Valley man is behind bars after allegedly ramming the rear of a vehicle and threatening the driver with an edged weapon following a road rage incident.
The incident took place in Westchester County around 2:25 p.m., Friday, July 21 on I-87 in the city of Yonkers.
According to Trooper Tara McCormick, an investigation determined that Ruben D. Luciano, age 48, of the village of Florida, in Orange County, rear-ended a vehicle following a road rage incident, in which he reportedly exited his vehicle and threatened the other driver with an edged weapon.

The incident happened at around 7:45 p.m. Thursday, July 20, in Massapequa, according to Nassau County Police.

A Long Island teenager has been indicted for allegedly running a stop sign, striking another teenager with his SUV, and causing his death, authorities said.
Valley Stream resident Mactyme Michel, aged 19, was indicted on Monday, July 10 for his role in a January 2023 incident that killed a high school senior in Long Beach, the Nassau County District Attorney announced.
On January 12, 2023, Michel was driving a 2012 Honda Pilot northwest on Cantiague Lane in Westbury.
