A man was killed after he tried to cross between moving SEPTA train cars in Philadelphia early Thursday morning, police announced on June 12. Officials have released the identity of the man struck and killed by a train in Hackensack earlier this week. Kevin C. Morales, 36, was struck by Pascack Valley Line train #1624 on Thursday, May 22 at approximately 11:36 a.m., according to NJ Transit spokesman Kyalo Mulumba. Morales was subsequently pronounced dead. Train Crash In Amityville: What We Know
A person was struck and killed by an LIRR train Thursday morning, May 22 on Long Island, officials confirmed. The crash happened in Amityville at approximately 5:30 a.m., according to Ray Raimundi, a spokesperson for the MTA. The westbound train was headed to the Amityville Station when the crash occurred.
