Planned Power Outages To Hit Areas Of Fallsburg Twice — Here's When, Where Residents of some parts of Sullivan County shouldn't worry if their power briefly goes out on Thursday, April 9 — it's all planned, officials say.  NYSEG notified Sullivan County officials that the outages will affect areas of Fallsburg served by the Old Falls Substation on Thursday morning and evening, according to the county's government.  The first outage is expected to occur between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m., with a second planned between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m.  Officials said each outage is expected to last less than five minutes.
