Bergen County Players Win $40K In Lottery In Just 3 Days
Bergen County players turned scratch-offs into serious cash last week, with two big wins hitting just days apart.
On Tuesday, Aug. 19, a $10,000 prize from the “$5,000,000 Fortune” game was sold at Krauszer’s, 184 Godwin Ave. in Midland Park, New Jersey Lottery officials said.
Then, on Friday, Aug. 22, luck struck again in Bergen County. A ticket from the “Big Money Spectacular” game worth $30,000 was sold at Route 4 Petroleum LLC, 70 Route 4 East in Englewood, officials said.
That adds up to $40,000 in lottery winnings across Bergen County in less than a week.

Two Lodi Stores Sell Winning Lottery Tickets In One Week
Bergen County lottery players cashed in big in the last week, taking home tens of thousands of dollars in winnings, state officials said.
Three prizes of $20,000 or more were claimed at retailers in Lodi and Ridgefield Park between July 28 and Aug. 3, 2025, according to the New Jersey Lottery.

Tick, Tock: $100K Winning Lottery Ticket Sold In Stamford Will Expire In 2 Weeks
A $100,000 winning lottery ticket sold in Fairfield County more than six months ago is still unclaimed and will expire in fewer than two weeks.
The winning Cash5 ticket, purchased at East Main Convenience at 1051 East Main Street in Stamford, matched all five numbers for the Aug. 13, 2024, drawing: 08, 10, 11, 23, and 34.
If unclaimed, the prize will expire on Saturday, Feb. 9, 2025.
State lottery officials are urging residents to double-check their tickets, noting that unclaimed prizes are rare but not unheard of.

A scratch-off lottery ticket worth $1 million was purchased at a convenience store in Mercer County, officials said.
The $1,000,000 Platinum Payout scratch-off was sold at the Wawa on Flock Road in Trenton, the New Jersey Lottery said in a news release on Monday, Oct. 28.
