Pedestrian Struck By Bus In Trenton: NJ Transit
A person was hospitalized after being hit by an NJ Transit bus on Sunday, Sept. 7, authorities said. At 7:15 a.m., the bus, which operations from the College of New Jersey to Hamilton, struck a person, who has not been identified at Clinton Avenue and State Street in Trenton, NJTransit said. The person was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries, NJ Transit said. There were no reported injuries to the operator and the four customers on board, NJ Transit said.

Michael Anthony Fisher, Jr., a Bordentown resident, died on Wednesday, Aug. 6, nine days before his 21st birthday on Aug. 15, after he was hit by someone making an illegal turn while he was riding his motorcycle home, his family said. According to Levittown Now, a 21-year-old Morrisville, PA woman was turning left form West Trenton Avenue onto Pine Grove Road in Morrisville when she struck Fisher on a Lawasaki street bike, traveling in the opposite direction. A 23-year-old Hamilton man was killed in a motorcycle crash on Wednesday, April 9, authorities said. At 2:33 p.m., Casey Navarro was riding a 2014 Honda CBR northbound in the right lane on Quakerbridge Road, Hamilton police said. Navarro impacted the rear driver’s side corner of a Mercedes and was ejected from his motorcycle, coming to a rest within the interior northbound lane of Quakerbridge Road, police said.
