Police ID 23-Year-Old Herndon Woman Killed In Rollover Reston Crash A 23-year-old Herndon woman has been identified as the victim of a fatal single-vehicle rollover crash involving a 2019 BMW M850I early Friday morning in Reston, police said. Officers from the Reston Police District responded to the crash at 2:40 a.m. near Fairfax County Parkway and Elden Street, where the BMW had left the roadway, flipped over, and came to rest. The passenger, identified as Tina Habibi, was rushed to a nearby hospital, where she was pronounced deceased. 22-Year-Old Village of Florida Resident Killed In Crash A 22-year-old man was killed and a woman injured followed a crash in the region. The collision occurred in Orange County around 10:50 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 16, in Warwick near Pulaski Highway, according to Warwick Police Chief John Rader. John Marion, 21, died in the crash on Wednesday, Nov. 6, a state police spokesperson said. It happened on I-295 North near milepost 65.4 in Hamilton Township at around 11:49 a.m. Investigators said Marion was driving a Kawasaki motorcycle and struck the back of a Mini Cooper.
