A 44-year-old Pittsgrove man is facing numerous charges after he drove drunk, fatally struck a cyclist and fled the scene on Wednesday, April 23, only to return in a different vehicle, authorities said.
At 7:41 p.m., troopers responded to County Road 639 and Parvins Mill Road in Pittsgrove for the crash, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said.
