Two Brooklyn men are facing felony charges after allegedly stealing a $3,000 package from a CVS in Northern Westchester by posing as the intended recipient, police said.
Alexis Corniel Moronta, 37, and Gabriel Moronta, 35, were arrested on Thursday, April 9, after surrendering to Yorktown Police, the department announced on Tuesday, April 14.
Investigators said the case began on Nov. 20, 2025, when police received a report that a package delivered to CVS on Commerce Street had been stolen.

A gunman who opened fire on a group of people in Albany has been sentenced to multiple years in prison, authorities announced Friday, April 3.
Ishmiel Harrison, 28, will serve seven years behind bars followed by five years of probation, the Albany County District Attorney’s office said.
Harrison, an Albany resident, shot at a vehicle and a group of people at the corner of Lark Street and Orange Street on March 25, 2021, just before midnight, according to prosecutors.
