A former Avon daycare worker accused of sexually assaulting a child has been ordered held on $1 million bond under house arrest, reports said.
Jan Carlos Berrios-Otero, 29, of Avon, previously worked at BrightPath Avon Early Learning and Child Care Center before administrators contacted police Monday, March 30, over concerns about possible misconduct involving a child, Avon police said.
