A traffic stop on the Taconic State Parkway in Dutchess County led to the arrest of a Capital Region man after police said they discovered a large amount of drugs in his vehicle.
The incident happened on Tuesday, Aug. 5, at around 11 a.m., when troopers stopped a 2020 Jeep traveling northbound through the Town of Clinton for alleged vehicle and traffic law violations, New York State Police announced on Wednesday, Aug. 6.
The driver and sole occupant was identified as Quintril M. Clark, age 35, of Albany, police said.
