A 26-year-old Mount Arlington woman was arrested and charged on Wednesday, June 18 after an 11-month old was injured at a daycare facility, authorities said. Denville police responded to the Goddard School after an 11-month-old was injured while under the care of daycare staff, Denville police said. An investigation determined the injury resulted from neglectful actions taken by Alysha Zarzycki, an employee at the daycare. Zarzycki’s conduct directly led to the child’s injury, police said. A 34-year-old Cape May County elementary school teacher was indicted by a grand jury on Tuesday, June 17 on sexual assault charges after engaging in a relationship with a student, authorities said. A 43-year-old Trenton man was arrested and charged on Friday, June 13 with sexually assaulting a child, authorities said. Irin Green sexually assaulted the child four years ago at a residence in Trenton, Mercer County Prosecutor Janetta Marbrey said.
