Driver Airlifted After Vehicle Overturns On Route 80: Njsp
A person had to be airlifted to a hospital after their vehicle overturned on Route 80 in Morris County Wednesday, July 9, authorities said.
At 1:24 p.m., troopers responded to the crash on Route 80 West in Mount Olive, Charles Marchan, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said.
A Kia SUV was traveling west when it lost directional control, ran off the road, struck a sign, and overturned, Marchan said. The driver was airlifted with non-life-threatening injuries, Marchan said.
The crash remains under investigation, Marchan said.

Melissa Marie Stallings, 28, was driving a 2000 Infinity G20 eastbound on Old Village Road when she failed to yield while crossing Three Notch Road, at which point she was struck by Bryantown resident Dawn Marie Kirkland's 2011 Toyota 4Runner, the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office said. A 74-year-old man was airlifted to the hospital after suffering a head injury in a fall outside a Bergen County apartment complex Monday afternoon, Dec. 2, police said.
The incident occurred at approximately 4:25 p.m. when the man, who lives on Sutton Place in Norwood, was walking backward on the sidewalk while pulling a piece of luggage, Norwood Police Chief Christian Federici said. The man lost his balance and fell, striking his head on the concrete.

Branchville Man Airlifted After ATV Crash: Njsp
A 21-year-old Sussex County man had to be airlifted to a hospital after an ATV crash on the evening of Saturday, Oct. 19, authorities said.
At 10:57 p.m., police responded to a property on East Shore Culver Road in Frankford Township after a Honda Fortrax ATV entered the roadway, lost directional control and the driver fell from the vehicle, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said.
The driver, a Branchville resident, sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to an area hospital, LeBron said.
The crash remains under investigation, Lebron said.
