River Vale Police Department Debuts New Fleet Vehicle RIVER VALE, N.J. -- The River Vale Police Department debuted the latest addition to its fleet Saturday at the township’s annual Memorial Day parade. “RVPD H1” – a 2004 Humvee – went for its inaugural ride at the event, carrying members of the River Vale Junior Police Academy, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts.
