A South Jersey man who admitted to killing his girlfriend in their shared bedroom has been sentenced to decades behind bars, authorities said.
Kevin Dorsey, 53, of Egg Harbor Township, was sentenced on Wednesday, March 18 to an aggregate term of 20 years in New Jersey State Prison after pleading guilty to manslaughter and weapons charges, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said.

A former councilman in Bergen County has been arrested after a series of window-smashing incidents targeting a local home, police said.
Glen A. Luciano, of Englewood Cliffs, was taken into custody on Monday, March 16, following a controlled motor vehicle stop, according to Chief William Henkelman.
The investigation began after a victim reported repeated damage to residential exterior windows on Feb. 24, March 2, March 9, and March 14, the chief said. Detectives gathered surveillance footage and physical evidence from each scene before identifying Luciano as the suspect.
