The footage, first released by TMZ, shows the *NSYNC star struggling through field sobriety tests behind his BMW SUV in Sag Harbor, NY on June 18, 2024.

A Bronx man was arrested for allegedly setting a vehicle on fire in a Fort Lee parking lot and fleeing the scene, authorities said.
Deszon J. Moore, 43, was charged with aggravated arson, arson, criminal mischief, and hindering his own apprehension, according to Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella.
