10-Month-Old Garfield Baby Dies, Support Surges For Grieving Parents
A 10-month-old baby from Garfield has died, leaving behind a grieving family now being supported by the community.
Amari Kai Nether passed away on March 25, according to an obituary published by Aloia Funeral Home. Amari is survived by his parents, Victoria Herald and Marquise Nether, and sister, Aria Nether, the obituary says.
“Amari blessed all who knew him with a lifetime of love, joy, and unforgettable memories in his brief time on this earth,” the obituary reads.

A Sussex County bagel shop owner has been indicted for failing to pay more than $200,000 in sales taxes, authorities said.
Kristian J. Vozza, 48, of Sparta, was indicted on Wednesday, March 25, on multiple charges, according to New Jersey Attorney General Jennifer Davenport and the Division of Criminal Justice.

Two women were arrested after police say they stole more than $800 worth of groceries from a Paramus Lidl.
Christie A. Moss, 50, of Upper Saddle River, and Simone S. Bullock, 37, of Hackensack, were charged following the incident at the store on Route 17 South, according to Paramus Police Chief Robert Guidetti.
