Luxury Princeton Apartment Complex Sells For $115.7M In Major Deal
A newly built luxury apartment community near Princeton has sold for more than $115 million in a major real estate deal, officials said.
One Hundred Forge, a 300-unit multifamily property in Hopewell Valley, was sold for $115.75 million to an unnamed buyer with a national portfolio, according to SAGE Real Estate Advisors.
SAGE, based in Livingston, represented Woodmont Properties, the original developer and seller, and procured the buyer, officials said. Leasing for the Class A property began in 2024 and the complex reached full occupancy by mid-2025, according to SAGE.

Franklin Man Threatens Co-Worker After Store Ban: Police
A Sussex County man is facing charges after allegedly returning to a store he was banned from and threatening a co-worker, authorities said.
Kevin J. Conklin, 45, of Franklin Borough, was arrested on the evening of Feb. 24 following an investigation by local police, according to the Franklin Borough Police Department.
