A 52-year-old Long Island unlicensed masseur apparently went back to work after being arrested for unlicensed practice and sexually assaulting a victim during a massage, because he was taken into custody again for the same at the spa, authorities said.
Another victim came forward following the arrest of Li-Yong He, 52, last week, saying she too was sexually assaulted by He at the W Foot Relaxing Spa on Middle County Road in Selden, Suffolk County police said.
