Loaded Glock Found During I-84 Stop In Southeast, Danbury Man Charged: Police
A Connecticut man was arrested after New York State Police found a loaded handgun during a traffic stop on I-84 early Sunday morning, May 3, authorities said.
Troopers in Somers stopped a vehicle traveling east in the town of Southeast around 2:49 a.m. for a traffic violation, police said. While speaking with the driver, identified as 21-year-old Jayden A. Samaniego of Danbury, CT, troopers saw a Glock 9mm handgun in plain view inside the vehicle, authorities said.

Cameron Diaz, Benji Madden Welcome Third Baby
Benji Madden and Cameron Diaz have welcomed their third child together.
Madden, 47, and Diaz, 53, named the boy Nautas, from the Latin word Nauta, meaning sailor, navigator, or voyager.
Madden, a founder of the band Good Charlotte and Waldorf, MD native, and Diaz met through Nicole Richie, who is married to Benji's brother, Joel Madden. The couple married in 2015 and welcomed daughter Raddix via surrogacy in 2020. Their second son, Cardinal, was born in 2024.
