American Dream Shoplifters Arrested, ID'd As Brooklyn Residents: Njsp
Two Brooklyn residents were arrested after a shoplifting incident at the American Dream mall on Friday evening, May 1, authorities said.
Troopers responded to the mall at 6:08 p.m. following a report of shoplifting, according to New Jersey State Police Tpr. II Christopher Postorino.
An investigation found that two suspects stole items from a retail store inside the complex. The suspects were identified as Kemoy Grayson, 32, and Shameka Reid, 39, both of Brooklyn, NY, Postorino said.
Both were arrested without incident.

A 23-year-old man was killed in a motorcycle crash in Morris County on Monday night, May 4, police said.
The Mount Olive Police Communications Center received multiple 911 calls reporting the crash in the Flanders section at approximately 9:26 p.m., police said in a release on Tuesday, May 5.
The operator, a 23-year-old man from Cresco, PA, was traveling north on Route 206 between Oakwood Village and Chestnut Way when the motorcycle left the roadway and entered a wooded area, police said. He died from injuries sustained in the crash.

A Connecticut man was arrested after New York State Police found a loaded handgun during a traffic stop on I-84 early Sunday morning, May 3, authorities said.
Troopers in Somers stopped a vehicle traveling east in the town of Southeast around 2:49 a.m. for a traffic violation, police said. While speaking with the driver, identified as 21-year-old Jayden A.
