MAMARONECK, N.Y. -- Rocca T. Arcese ( Protano), of Mamaroneck, died Oct. 16. She was 78.Arcese was born in Colfelice, Frosinone, Italy, to Giovanni and Maria Addolorata (Fraioli) Protano.
She is survived by husband, Carmine Arcese; children, Aurelio (Sandra) and Manfredo (Katherine) Arcese; grandchildren, Nadia, Julia & Giancarlo Arcese; siblings, Generosa Gina Protano, Rita Nicolelli and Antonia Protano-Biggs; three nieces and nephews; and countless family and friends.

28-Year-Old Man Stabbed To Death In Bridgeport
BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- Bridgeport police are investigating a fatal stabbing that occurred Sunday night.
According to police, officers responded to calls regarding an assault with a firearm on Goldenrod Avenue near the corner of Madison Avenue at 11:05 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers found a man, 28, with multiple stab wounds to the chest, side, and stomach, police said.
Police say the man was immediately transported to St. Vincent’s Hospital by ambulance. Shortly after arriving at the hospital, the victim was pronounced dead, and the incident was confirmed as a homicide, according to police.

GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- Curtis V. Colucci, of Greenburgh, died Oct. 14. He was 56.
Colucci was born June 29, 1959, to Rachael Colucci and the late Frank S. Colucci in White Plains. He was a graduate of Irvington High School.
Colucci was the owner of Colucci Auto Body Shop in Greenburgh, for more than 30 years, where he served the Greenburgh community, receiving many awards and citations.

PELHAM, N.Y. -- Frank G M Corbin, of Pelham, died Oct. 17.
He is survived by his children, Catherine and Peter; his daughter-in-law, Annette and his grandchildren Kaitlyn and Caroline.
A graduate of Cardinal Hayes High School, class of 1943, and Fordham University, class of 1950, he served in the U.S. army during World War II as a lieutenant in France, Belgium and Germany.
Corbin had a successful career in public relations, but his true passion was sharing his love of the communications industry with his students at Fordham, where he taught for 59 years.
