Ossining Dale Cemetery Offers Picnic, Classical Music
OSSINING, N.Y. — In keeping with a 19th century tradition, the Ossining Historic Cemeteries Conservancy will present the annual "Picnic and Music" event, Sunday, June 5 at Dale Cemetery, Ossining, N.Y.Visitors may listen to classical violinist Rachel Alexander, take a self-guided tour of the cemetery, which is on the National Register of Historic Places, and bring blankets or chairs to have a picnic.
Picnic lunches will be available for purchase from Wobble Cafe. The event admission is $10; $20/family.
The event is from 1 to 4 p.m. at the cemetery, 104 Havell St., Ossining.

Learn Building At New Rochelle Habitat 'Made In America' New Space
NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- Classes and a " builders camp" are offered at the new Habitat For Humanity of Westchester Made In America space that opened this past weekend in New Rochelle.The space offers programs in making furniture, planters, toolboxes, designing and art, according to an announcement.
Applications are now being accepted at the space, next to the Habitat Restore, 659 Main St., New Rochelle.
Builders camp will also include actually on the job training of building on homes, throughout the county.
