Man Yelled Racial Slurs At Multiple People: Washington Borough Police A 26-year-old man was arrested and charged with yelling racial slurs at people, authorities in Washington Borough announced Tuesday, April 14. At 10:21 a.m., on Monday, March 2, officers responded to East Washington Avenue for a disorderly man, Washington Borough police said. Upon arrival, officers determined a man  had been yelling racial slurs at multiple individuals in the area, police said. The man, who was not identified, was taken into custody and was charged with disorderly conduct, bias intimidation and maintaining a nuisance, police said.
