Man Arrested By US Marshals For Phillipsburg Homicide: Prosecutor A 34-year-old Newark man was arrested and charged on Thursday, Sept. 11 with the fatal shooting of a man in Phillipsburg, authorities said. James Dawes was apprehended by members of the United States Marshal’s Service NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force in Newark, the Warren County Prosecutor's Office said. Dawes was charged last month following the death of Kevin Clerville on Monday, June 2 in Phillipsburg, authorities said. Dawes faces charges of homicide and multiple weapons offenses, authorities said.

Nishith Koreka inappropriately touched the child, multiple times, while attending a movie at the Regal Commerce Center in North Brunswick, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and North Brunswick Police Director Joseph Battaglia said.
