Thousands Without Power In Lacey Township Thousands of people throughout New Jersey are without power on Wednesday, Dec. 24, with Ocean County being hardest hit. According to Jersey Central Power and Light, more than 9,146 customers are without power. Nearly 8,000 of those customers are in Ocean County, while 931 customers are without power in Sussex County. Pockets of Warren, Morris, Passaic, Hunterdon, Union and Somerset counties are also without power. Ocean Township and Lacey Township are the hardest hit municipalities with thousands of customers reporting an outage.
