At 3:56 p.m., on Thursday, Sept. 3, troopers responded to a crash on Route 9 south in Upper Township after a Honda motorcycle, driven by Ralph Watson, struck the driver's side of the Jeep, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for the New Jersey State police said. During a court-authorized search of an apartment shared by Roner Arias Ramos, 27 and Juliany Ortiz Yeje, 24, various quantities of cocaine, promethazine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia were recovered, Hudson County Prosecutor Wayne Mello said. Ramos and Yeje were hit with numerous drug charges, along with money laundering, authorities said. Ramos was found to be in possession of cocaine at the time of his arrest, Mello said.
