A pickup truck driver accused of murder in a deadly road rage crash on Long Island has been cleared by a grand jury.
The panel declined to bring charges against Brian Noll, 65, in the death of Ibis Baez, of the Bronx, on April 25, 2025, in North Hills, according to Newsday.
Noll was initially charged with second-degree murder in the case, which involved a collision between his Ford F-250 pickup truck and the 29-year-old Baez’s Kawasaki motorcycle on a Long Island Expressway exit ramp.
