Chicopee Landlord Guilty In Child Sex Case Sentenced After Victim Speaks Out Decades Later A Massachusetts landlord who was convicted of sexually assaulting a 5-year-old child has been sentenced to prison.  Anatoliy Kuzmenko, 73, of Chicopee, was sentenced to two years in prison after a jury convicted him of one count of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14, the Hampden District Attorney's Office said.
