Body Of Missing New Haven Woman Found By Kids Near Park The body of a New Haven woman who had been missing for weeks was discovered this week at a city park by a group of children, authorities said. Cynthia Chamberlain, 59, had last been seen Feb. 10 at a facility in New Haven. On Tuesday evening, March 10, children playing near 100 Hallock Ave. found a woman unresponsive next to a fence under a line of trees, police said. Woman Rescued From Southbridge House Fire Dies A woman rescued from a burning Southridge home this week has died from her injuries, officials said. The victim, a woman in her 60s, was pulled from the house on South Street during a three-alarm fire on Monday, March 9, according to the Massachusetts State Fire Marshal Jon M. Davine.
